Today's websites are complex software systems that require proper hosting environments and continual monitoring and updating to keep them functioning properly.  We need continual access to the hosting environment to keep your site properly maintained.

For our customers in need of a truly unique solution not covered with our packages, we recommend a website tailored to fit your exact needs. Our custom designed websites give you, our customer, a highly functional, fully customized solution. If you require solutions that are beyond the basics, and more than we include in our packages, then a custom website design is for you.

Your website was designed to be user friendly and easy for you work with.  You have the ability to upload files such as documents and audio, make changes to the content, add or remove pages, and much more.  However, we don’t expect you to learn and remember how to use every aspect of your site.  And, we don’t expect you to be perfect. You may, from time to time, inadvertently do something you don’t know how to undo.  Poieo Design Technical Support will help you with any questions you may have, no matter how big or how small.  In addition, you will have access to written online tutorials through our client portal.

For any package, there is no limit to the number of pages allowed on your site.

All websites require either our Basic or Standard service contract which includes hosting services, software updates, and technical support for a period of at least 1 year.  After that time, you are free to take your site elsewhere for hosting services.  However, we cannot provide support for sites that we do not host.

There are millions of websites out there.  The odds of running across a site that looks like the one you have chosen are very, very low. On top of that, you have the ability to change the page layouts, and change the photos and text on every site.  So if you do run across a site that has the same original design, chances are they won’t look anything alike.

No, all websites come with built in software that with limited training will allow you to update your site and grow your web presence over time. Throughout the administrative interface of all sites is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.  This allows you to add styling to your text without any coding knowledge such as bold, underline, italic, bullets, etc...

Currently, only the Sapling package provides you with a fully customized theme as well as a fully mobile layout of your website.

All our websites are built to be compatible with today's mobile devices.  All the features included in the desktop version will work on all mobile devices.  For those looking for a more robust mobile option, we can additionally create a custom mobile layout of your site optimized for usability on smaller mobile devices.

Our SEO Tools will provide you with a foundation to build your search engine presence.  They include page titles, meta tags, sitemap, content analysis, and more.  These tools are not meant to be a replacement for quality SEO consulting nor do they guarantee your performance in search engine results.  If search engine optimization is especially important to you, we can connect you with a quality consultant.

The length of the build can very greatly from one client to another.  We heavily depend on our clients to provide us with information and materials for their website.  Some clients respond more quickly and have their materials ready, others are simply too busy to make their site a priority which extends the length of the build.

Typically, we tell most clients 30 - 60 days depending on our work load and their responsiveness.
