Seeds

Seeds provides you with the essential tools to begin building your web presence.

Here's how it works:

With the Seeds package, we'll install your website with your chosen type and theme, provide you with some initial training and access to our video tutorials, and you'll add the content with an easy to use interface.

Roots

Roots gives you options to build your web presence efficiently and effectively based on your needs.

With the Roots package, we'll either build you a custom designed theme, OR add your site's content - you choose. If you want a custom look, and have the time to setup the site yourself, we'll build you a theme. Or, if you like one of the pre-designed themes, and want us to add your content, we'll do that instead.

Sapling

Sapling provides you with a custom theme and setup, designed and built by us.

With the Sapling package, we'll install your website, build you a custom designed theme, and add your content. Once the initial build is complete, we'll provide you with training so you can maintain and grow your site on your own.

Features

All packages have the following available features depending on your organization type:

Accept Donations Accept Donations The ability of your organization to Accept Donations through your website may be critical to its success. This component will allow visitors to make general contributions through PayPal to your organization. (A PayPal account is required to accept donations through your website.) This is not a full-featured online giving solution. For a fully managed giving solution allowing user accounts, recurring giving, and more, we have partnered with Ministry Give. Please check out their website for more information.	Contact Form Contact Form A Contact Form is used to give your visitors a method of sending you an email through your website. A visitor will be required to enter their name, e-mail, subject, and message before sending you a message. The Contact Form has several categories for the visitor to choose from to make sure the right staff member or volunteer receives the message. For example, you may have the following categories: General Inquiries Adults Youth Website Issues Each of these categories would be linked to a specific staff or volunteer email.	Photo Gallery Photo Gallery Your Photo Gallery will provide you with the ability to upload unlimited photographs and divide them into an unlimited number of galleries.	User Roles User Roles User roles allow you to fine tune the security, use and administration of your website. Users assigned to a role are granted those permissions assigned to the role. Common examples of roles used with which you may be familiar include: anonymous user, authenticated user, moderator, and administrator.
Audio Podcasting Audio Podcasting With Audio Podcasting you'll be able to stream audio directly from your website and/or provide audio files for download to your visitors. Plus: We'll submit your podcast feed to itunes so your users can subscribe directly through their itunes account.	Content Content Your Content includes all the 'pages' of static content used on your site. There is no limit to the number of pages you can use. Your content includes the menu structure of your site as well. You can choose from drop-down menus located at the top of each page, sidebar menus located on the left or right side of each page, or a combination of the two. *Poieo Design does not provide content writing services. All clients are required to provide their own text-based content. This feature creates the framework necessary to add content to your site.	Polls Polls With online Polls, you'll be able to gather feedback from your website visitors. Polls consist of one question with a multiple choice answer.	Video Podcasting Video Podcasting Your Video Podcasting will give you the ability to broadcast pre-recorded video through your website. This is accomplished through 3rd party services such as Blip.tv, Vimeo.com, YouTube.com, etc... Although videos are streamed through a 3rd party, they are archived in the website and can be organized and searched.
Blogging Blogging Blogging is an essential part of communicating through the internet. With Blogging, your staff and/or volunteers will be able to post articles, journal entries, or any other text-based information typically found in a blog.	E-Newsletter Integration E-Newsletter Integration E-Newsletter Integration provides you with signup forms, unsubscribe forms, list management, and more for either Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. Newsletter sigup can also be integrated with your site's user registration forms.	Staff Directory Staff Directory Your Staff Directory will contain photos and information about each staff member. This typically includes name, title, bio, and contact information.	Webform Webform Webform's are used to collect information from your visitors such as contact information or surveys. All Webform submissions are sent to the e-mail(s) of your choice, as well as stored on your website for administrators to view.
Calendar of Events Calendar of Events Your Calendar of Events will provide you with an interactive tool to communicate important dates to your visitors such as upcoming events, special hours of operation, service times, and more. Plus: All your events will have the ability to accept registrations. For example, you may want to post an upcoming seminar on your calendar but you need people to RSVP. Your Calendar of Events will provide that functionality for you. (These are simple registrations that collect names and email addresses only and do not provide a method of payment.)	Forums Forums Forums are designed to give you two-way communication through your website. They allow your visitors to have online discussions with each other or with your staff/volunteers about programs, issues, or any other topic you allow. We highly recommend that you have someone dedicated to monitoring your forums to prevent unwanted information from being posted.	Theme Theme Your Theme will provide you with the 'look and feel' of your website. If your package includes one of the pre-design themes, you can browse them here. If your package includes a custom design, we'll create a theme from the ground up customized to your exact specifications (along with our suggestions). The Theme for your site will capture your style and be designed around any pre-existing logo and/or color scheme.	Webstore Webstore Your Webstore will provide you with the tools you need to sell your products over the internet. There are many more variables to consider than those listed below. But we've chosen the most common to help you understand the most common features. Your webstore includes unlimited product types, multiple shipping options, and configuration of multiple payment gateways such as PayPal & Google Checkout along with your own payment gateway. This requires the annual purchase of a SSL Certificate for secure transactions and a dedicated IP ($200/year).
