Contact Form

A Contact Form is used to give your visitors a method of sending you an email through your website. A visitor will be required to enter their name, e-mail, subject, and message before sending you a message. The Contact Form has several categories for the visitor to choose from to make sure the right staff member or volunteer receives the message. For example, you may have the following categories:

• General Inquiries
• Adults
• Youth
• Website Issues

Each of these categories would be linked to a specific staff or volunteer email.
